All of our courses are regularly reviewed, and training content is updated to align with industry recommendations and guidance as well as our customers’ needs. We work closely with our customers to ensure that the training meets their needs rather than trying to pigeonhole a company to a course or vice versa.
Our course fees include exams (where applicable), workbooks, refreshments and lunch (at the training centre).

E-learning
Our “Moviemento” e-learning package is different to any other e-learning package you would have come across. It includes basic food safety training as standard, which can be rolled out to all employees within your food and beverage manufacturing business. This course comprises 6 modules containing a total of 42 bite sized modules which cover:
- The Origins of Food Safety
- The Law
- GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- CCPs (Critical Control Points)
- Allergens
- Food Defence
Each module can be adapted to suit your specific site, employees or procedures. The LMS allows you to upload your own training courses which could include videos, photos, audio files, documents and presentations. Managers and Supervisors benefit from additional permissions in the system to enable them to review progress and report on all learning activity.
