BOOKING FORM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy for the Training Academy
- Please note that payment is required 2 weeks prior to the event
- Please ensure you fill in the details of the Attendee in the box provided. If you are booking on behalf of more than 1 attendee please ensure that ALL attendees details are provided in this same box.
- If the delegate named is unable to attend the event, we are happy for another delegate to attend in their place
- If the place is cancelled within 4 weeks of the event date, a cancellation charge will be made of 50% of the course value
- If the place is cancelled less than 2 weeks prior to the event, a 100% cancellation charge will be applied
