CIP (Cleaning in Place) Christeyns Food Hygiene have recently reviewed the CIP training programme, taking into consideration the feedback we have received from customers who have previously taken the course. We are delighted to offer a choice of unique and tailored approaches to training your workers – you just choose the one that best suits your needs.

  1. Full day training at the Warrington training centre. This course is open to anyone from any business, who uses a CIP set for dairy, brewing or food and beverage manufacturing. A classroom session covering the theory is followed by a session in the lab to learn more about chemical compositions and safe use.
  2. Training at your site, tailored to your specific CIP set. To benefit from this, you would be required to send over schematics, the P&ID (Pipe & Instrumentation Diagram) and any photos you may have of the CIP set. The tutor will study these and tailor the training accordingly to ensure the training is aligned to you specific CIP set, making the training more relevant and therefore adding more value.
  3. A shorter, comprehensive course which is open to anyone from any business, who uses a CIP set for dairy, brewing or food and beverage manufacturing. The course is 100% classroom based and offers more generic training, covering various types of CIP sets. These courses usually run at alternative training centres for example at Thatchers Cider in Somerset.
